I am Dom, the compassionate and experienced owner of Hridaya Lakshmana. I offer personalized 1-2-1 Trauma-Informed Yoga Classes, which are designed to help people explore and heal from past experiences. Each session is tailored specifically to the individual's unique needs, creating a safe and healing environment. My classes incorporate various techniques such as pranayama (breathwork), meditation, visualizations, and mindful asanas (postures).
The practice focuses on cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion while emphasizing the interoceptive sense, somatic awareness, and self and co-regulation. Through these techniques, I guide clients through gentle sequences that are adapted to their individual needs and boundaries.
