An idyllic weekend to dive deeper into the practices of Bhakti, Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga in the Chiltern countryside at the beautiful Croft Farm Escape near Hemel Hempstead with Hridaya & Emily.
This immersive retreat is held at a lovingly renovated rustic countryside farm estate, surrounded by stunning nature, with delicious gourmet plant based meals and like-minded souls!
Over this weekend you will be guided through Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin and Bhakti Yoga by international Yoga Teachers Emily Cobie & Hridaya Lakshmana.
You will stay in a variety of accommodation options from Camping to En- Suite Luxury Rooms in the purposefully remodelled barn on the Croft Farm estate where you can truly ground yourself into this special weekend.
There will be time to connect with Emily & Hridaya, the facilitators of this retreat, who together hold over 15 years experience in teaching Yoga and facilitating healing and therapeutic spaces.
For this evening we will come together in the spirit of Bhakti to chant the names of the divine & invoke the highest aspects both within and without as we open deeper to our own hearts through this practice.
The sacred medicine of Cacao will be honoured and ceremonially imbibed to connect you to the spirit of Cacao, helping you to connect to your own intuitive wisdom and the magic of the life that surrounds you.
No experience of Chanting, Singing, Sanskrit, Ceremony or Mantra is necessary for this offering. There will be a guided meditation to help you ground and settle into the space and warm up practices to gently connect you to your voice.
You will be guided every step of the way by Dom who is a trauma informed facilitator, healer, ceremonialist, and Kirtan leader.
